Operator, coach, tinkerer and talker.

I'm Ben Tyrer. An unashamed generalist: operator, coach, tinkerer and talker.

By day I help fast-growing companies run smoother and hurt less. That means getting their systems, revenue and people working properly, sometimes all three at once. Currently doing that as VP of Operations at Laravel.

Outside of work, I'm building games, apps and LEGO. Some of it ends up here. I write about operating, building things and not taking it all too seriously.
