Why I made Manager in 8 Weeks free
I could have charged for it. Here is why free matters more than the money, and what I am building next.
Good management should not be a luxury good. The people who most need help stepping up are rarely the ones with a training budget. So I made it free, for everyone, and I am not planning to change that. Here is the thinking, and what comes next.
